Can you grind my coffee order?

We recommend grinding the coffee per brew for optimal freshness and quality. However, if you prefer pre-ground coffee, you can request grinding in the order checkout.

How should I store my coffee?

To keep your coffee fresh:

If I receive the wrong order, what should I do?

Contact us within 3 days of receiving the order. We will exchange the wrong order if it is sealed, not opened and not damaged.
